Symptoms of Dehydration

The most common symptoms of Dehydration are increased thirst, lack of energy, headache, dry skin, skin flushing, irritability, difficulty in concentration, drowsiness, fatigue, dizziness, nausea, dark urine, low blood pressure, increased heart rate, muscle cramps, increased body temperature etc.
